Good Morning Dr. Glenn,

My name is Danielle Salentro, I am a former graduate of your program and the current Acting Assistant District Administrator in the PA Harrisburg Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. I am reaching out to you with some information on internship opportunities for your students. Due to several retirements in our area we now have several openings in the Harrisburg District Office. We offer a paid internship with the possibility of permanent employment (and a pay bump) after 6 months. We meet all requirements for internships and for RSA grant recipients to complete their years of employment. PA OVR now also offers the opportunity to telework up to 3 days a week. I am a radiation oncologist by training that serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors of a new addiction recovery counseling center in Charleston, West Virginia. The Union Mission Behavioral Health Center (UMBHC) was created to help meet the demands of the opioid crisis in our area. We are searching to immediately fill two, full-time, Master’s level counselors with an interest in addiction recovery.

I would love to speak with you regarding any recent or upcoming graduates that might be interested in exploring one or both of these positions.
