It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, but things have been busy lately in the best ways.

Recently, I had the honor of presenting at the WV NASW State Conference on neuroscience, trauma, and addiction recovery. I’ve also been continuing advanced somatic trainings to keep growing and strengthening the work I do with clients.

I’m excited to also share that my proposal was accepted for the 51st Annual National Rural Social Work Conference this July. Grateful for every opportunity to continue learning, growing, and sharing this work. 🤍
