By providing treatment in our offices, communities, schools and clients' homes, we meet the market demands of under-served populations. Our staff utilizes a collaborative, solution-focused approach to pinpoint challenges and solutions within the context of the family. We hold ourselves to the highest principals and ethical standards. We would like to congratulate our case manager Jessica on her promotion to therapist!

Jessica Clark received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from WKU in 2020. Since that time, she has worked with RVBH through the Michelle P. Waiver as a CLS helping clients be engaged in the community and has been employed with Family Options, Inc. since June 2024 as a Targeted Case Manager assisting clients with linking families with resources, services, and referrals to meet their essential needs by collaborating with resources around the community. Jessica is a recent graduate from WKU's advanced standing Master’s Program and has over 1,000 hours of internship hours focusing on the mental health, safety, and well-being of others at every age. Jessica is a Certified Social Worker in the state of Kentucky practicing therapy at Family Options, Inc. and strives to create an inclusive and safe environment for all clients.

We would like to welcome Alyssa McDonald to our Owensboro staff! She’s accepting new Medicaid or self pay clients!

Alyssa received her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree at Western Kentucky University in 2020. Through the bachelor program, Alyssa had the opportunity to complete her internship at a local family services program with a focus in case management services. Following her BSW, Alyssa received her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an advanced standing program through Capella University. Through the advanced master program, Alyssa had the opportunity to complete her internship at Family Options, Inc. Alyssa has over 1,000 hours invested in internships. Alyssa is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) in the state of Kentucky. She has 7 years of experience within the social work field. Alyssa has prior experience in working for a local Children’s Psychiatric Hospital and support services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She strives to provide a non-judgmental safe space for all clients. Aly enjoys integrating art and play therapy techniques within her sessions.
