Meet the Man Behind the Magic!

You've probably seen him. He might be carrying the sound bowls, hula hoops, loading the car, setting up the tent, moving chairs, unloading equipment, or somehow making all the things I forgot
I needed magically appear, but you may not know his name. Meet Terry, a.k.a. Mr. Awesome and the official "Event Support & Logistics" guy for Dizzy & Zen!

Terry is the behind-the-scenes muscle and support that helps make Dizzy & Zen events happen.

He packs the car.

He drives me (and all my bowls, hoops, props, and "just one more thing"). Especially if I'm feeling unwell.

He unloads.

He helps me set up.

Quietly waits in the car if it is a women-only event, even if it's hot, cold, snowy, or rainy, because he understands the importance of honoring a space created specifically for women to feel comfortable, connected, and free to be themselves.

He tears everything back down.

He loads it all back into the car.

Then he gets it all back out when we get home.

He does it without needing to be the center of attention.

For a long time, I was unable to share exactly how much he has helped and supported my business. The truth is, Dizzy & Zen doesn't happen quite the same way without him.

And lately, my unplanned injury has given me an even greater appreciation for just how much he does behind the scenes. Let's just say that "Event Support & Logistics" is about to become a much more visible position! So as I head into my second year of business, I'm officially welcoming him onboard:
