I never want the years of sticky hands, chocolate faces, finding a Peppa pig in my shoe, stuffed animals mixed in with the Tupperware, and folding tiny dresses. I’ve been waiting for this time of my life for my whole life, and being with you is better than I could have dreamed. There is nothing I’ve loved more than being your mom.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the women out there who have taken on this role of a lifetime, and to every person that supports us so we can be present and loving.

Hi all 👋 I’ve been really enjoying Substack lately and had the urge to jump on and share.

Between Yin & Yang is all the things that make me tick. Think acupuncture, herbs, wellness, beauty, design, all things motherhood, gluten free sourdough, languages, hobbies, you get the idea…

Between yin & yang is the contrast of the wildness and chaos of raising children, and the stillness of when they’re finally asleep. The house with crumbs somehow everywhere, even though you’re the mom that wants her kids to sit at the table, and the blissful feeling of the house just cleaned and everything is put back in its place. It’s the sauna before the cold plunge. It’s the green juice I love, and then chocolate tahini bars that I can’t stop making.

The concept of yin/yang theory came into my life as I was sitting in an uncomfortably hard small chair in a room with no windows in NYC, yet a student again pouring myself into the practice of learning Traditional Chinese Medicine.

What Yin–Yang Really Means (Beyond the Symbol)
Yin–yang theory comes from ancient Chinese philosophy and describes how the world works through dynamic balance, not fixed opposites.

Had the urge to jump on Substack and share what we’ve been up to lately.

Between yin & yang to me, is the contrast of the wildness and chaos of raising children, and the stillness of when they’re finally asleep.
