Comment SHEET PAN for the link to this cashew chicken recipe (gluten free) + this weeks full meal plan

I love anything on a sheet pan! This easy one pan meal is just as fast as cashew chicken that you get from takeout but is cheaper and healthier! Talk about the food deal weekly night dinner 🙌🏻

The flavors are all the same: tender chicken, crunchy peppers and cashews all in a thick sticky sauce! I used gluten free soy sauce to make this a gluten free recipe.

Comment SHEET PAN for the link to this sheet pan pesto and spinach lasagna recipe (gluten free)

I love lasagna but it takes SO long to make. This easy sheet pan meal is 10x easier and quicker but has the same nostalgic cozy taste as traditional lasagna! The flavors are all the same: creamy ricotta, melted gooey mozzarella and soft buttery noodles, plus my favorite pesto.

I used gluten free lasagna noodles to make this a gluten free recipe.

The list of everything I bought at Costco (including prices)!

I hosted Fletcher’s first birthday brunch for 30+ people and here is what I got for under $60 at Costco.

7 items, zero stress. Muffins, bagels, caesar salad platter, quiche, spinach artichoke dip and charcuterie cheese board, it all all came straight from Costco and the presentation looked like I hired a caterer.
