Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage, Nicole Seals LMT, MLD-C is also welcoming my long time friend Erik Andelman to the team. I trained in Advanced Thai massage with him several years ago. I use much of his technique and work in my practice. I'm familiar with his work as I trust him for my care weekly. He has helped me so much with pain, especially since the head on collision last year. Erik and I have discussed business for a long time and I just never imagined he'd be the one joining my team here in Morristown. I'm so excited to see what force we all have together!!!
Erik will be taking appointments soon. To begin with he will be here one day a week.

Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage, Nicole Seals LMT, MLD-C is growing. I'm excited to announce that I have a new therapist joining my team!!! I'd like to introduce Jim Lumpkins as my new team member. He will be taking appointments soon.

Jim Lumpkins,LMT,CMMT. "With a certification in Medical Massage Therapy, Jim is licensed by the state of TN Dept. of Health. He is a graduate of Roane State Community College massage program. Jim was inducted into the World Massage Hall of Fame in 2019. "My clothed-client approach goes beyond basic relaxation". Pain-management, post-surgical recovery, treating chronic pain and limited mobility, scar tissue work and myofascial release are my specialties.

This is the same client I've been working on. I've done 4 treatments now and it's really starting to show. There isn't much awareness about lymphedema. I'm so thankful to have been led to take the class for this.
Sometimes it moves quickly and for some with fibrotic tissue, it takes longer. I shared it with my instructor just to be sure I'm handling things properly.
We are making good progress considering it originally felt like concrete.
I cannot wait for the better results to come. I am absolutely invested in getting this client better enough for surgery.
In 2 weeks between treatments he lost 10 ½ pounds!!!
Manual lymphatic drainage is amazing!
If you know others with lymphadema, let them know there are treatments to help them feel better.
