What a difference a few days can make 🌹

If you’ve walked past the rose trellis lately, you may have noticed tiny subtle changes, new growth, something quietly unfolding. It’s a gentle reminder that growth often happens slowly, little by little at first… until one day, you can see it.

In the same way, we know that in therapy, it can be hard to recognize your own progress. You may wonder if anything is really changing.

But please hear this…..we see you.

We see the courage it takes to show up.
We see the work you’re doing to make sense of your story.
We see you leaning into what is layered, tender, and often painful.

And we see the growth, even when it feels hard for you to notice.

Every time you walk through our doors, you are choosing yourself. And that matters more than you know.

It is truly an honor to walk alongside you.

This season, we pause with grateful hearts for the greatest gift of all—Jesus Christ. We are deeply thankful for every individual, couple, and family who chooses to come to us and trust us with their story.

It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve others, to create safe and compassionate spaces, and to foster opportunities for healing and restoration.

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”
Luke 2:11 (ESV)

May the peace, hope, and love of Christ be with you this Christmas and throughout the coming year.

Merry Christmas!

• RESTORATIVE YOGA •

A few months ago, we introduced our restorative yoga classes led by two of our licensed counselors, Sarahfaye Sanford and Linda Mabe. Our restorative yoga classes are designed to help regulate the central nervous system, improve sleep quality, and foster self-compassion. Each class consists of gentle poses and stretches that are accessible to all experience levels. Participants are guided through mindful breathing, intentional relaxation, and grounding techniques that support emotional balance and stress relief.

Visit the “Groups” tab on our website to sign up for classes or request a private class for you and your friends! All probs, such as mats and bolsters, are provided for participants. Classes are located in our newly renovated Suite B space.
