To better serve all of our clients, all scheduled appointments must be confirmed when we contact you by phone or text.

Clients who repeatedly do not confirm, do not answer our calls or messages, or do not arrive for scheduled appointments may lose advance-booking privileges. Future services will then be available on a walk-in basis only, subject to availability.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us protect appointment times and provide timely service to all of our valued clients.

We sincerely apologize for a recent scheduling mistake. To help prevent this from happening again and to ensure every guest receives the correct service, we kindly ask all customers to confirm their appointment after receiving our confirmation text message.

The confirmation text is not a marketing message. It is used only to verify your appointment and protect the accuracy and security of your booking. The message clearly shows:

Your appointment date and time
The service(s) you booked
The number of guests included in the reservation

If we do not receive your confirmation, and there is no response to our confirmation text or our follow-up phone calls, your appointment may be canceled so that the time can be made available to other guests.

This policy helps us avoid scheduling errors and ensures that every customer receives the correct appointment.
