Hello Friends!
Tomorrow is International Black Balloon Day. This is an awareness day observed annually on March 6th to honor loved ones lost to drug overdoses and to remember families and friends affected by substance use disorder.
Here's what you can do-
Wear Purple π tomorrow, if you can! It is the official color for Overdose Prevention.
Talk about it...addiction is killing our loved ones! Talking about it helps fight the stigma. Everyone is somehow affected by substance use disorder and/or deadly overdose.
Check on your people.
Remember the ones we've lost to overdose and substance use disorder and send love to their families and friends.

*DO YOU KNOW?
Another Day To Live is a 501c3 non-profit which first began as a memorial fund for Aaron Correll, who we lost to overdose in 2021. The memorial fund was first assembled to help get people into rehab and on their way to recovery. We knew the need. And it was BIG. It still is.
We have now grown into a tailored recovery assistance program. We help in all kinds of ways. We recently announced our "Eyes and Smiles" program. We're helping people in recovery with optometry and dental care. So far, we have helped with crowns, cavities, extractions, new teeth, general dental care, eye exams, eyeglasses and contacts!
We love helping people on their recovery journey. It is our calling. We operate solely on donations. If you feel led to help, please send us a message.
