Fatherhood isn’t just a role. It’s a calling.

We’re honored to welcome Doug Androsky to TCR All In this September in Nashville.

As the founder of Fathering the Fatherless and author of Built to Father, Doug has made it his mission to restore fatherly influence where it’s missing and equip men to lead their families with intention, faith, and purpose.

But for Doug, this mission is deeply personal. Fatherlessness isn’t something he simply studied—it’s something he lived. And he’s turned that experience into a calling to help change the story for the next generation.

Doug will be speaking on “Fathering the Fatherless,” and we believe this is a message that reaches far beyond fatherhood. It’s about showing up. Leading well. Pouring into others. And understanding the impact one person can have on generations to come.
