We are grateful for the amazing support Sam & Amy have given Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center Atlantic Health Goryeb Children's Hospital over the last 16 years!
The Chatham Twig was founded in 2010 by Samantha Hauser Ekert and in 2011, she and Amy Crandall joined together to serve as Co-Presidents. Over these 16 years they have lovingly grown the twig membership, expanded their volunteer efforts at Atlantic Health Goryeb Children's Hospital to include meaningful monthly projects, and created unique fundraisers to support their work. It has been a wonderful endeavor that has had a significant impact on the Hospital - a deep intangible impact on pediatric patients and their families, as well as a financial impact of donations and in-kind gifts totaling nearly $100,000.
It is now time to welcome new leadership as Amy and Samantha hope to pursue other philanthropic efforts (but will always remain lifelong and active members of the Chatham Twig and WAMMC!). The Twig will be in incredibly capable hands with Jennifer Jaremski Prael and Raquel Canadas Zilnicki who have both been energetic, dedicated, and active members. They are eager to continue this outstanding legacy. Onwards and upwards!
