May is GBS/CIDP Awareness month. We wanted to highlight the signature event for the GBS/CIDP foundation this year: The Patient Symposium in Denver Colorado. The event takes place September 11th- 13th and is a gathering designed for patients and their caretakers. Realo has had the opportunity to attend multiple symposiums and we have had a front row seat to watch this event change peoples lives. The foundation offers scholarships to help attendees cover the cost of travel and lodging. You can apply by clicking this link: Scholarship Link

Where to begin... We are so grateful for all the nurses we interact with on a daily basis. They truly are the backbone of patient care. THEY are the ones that build lifelong relationships with patients and truly walk the journey with them; they bear witness to the power of life-altering therapies and the positive impact they can have for the entire family; they are the comforters and steady hands in times of joy and grief.

We celebrate our Nurses always. We choose to recognize them openly this week in particular, and remind them of our appreciation! Thanks to all the wonderful nurses we get to work with, especially our own Sarah Taylor and Kimberly Barron, who's impact on our world cannot be measured!
