📂 June at EPIC so far has been great:☀️
• Helping get Dylan Scott dialed for HYROX Official Championships (Spoiler alert: he won the whole thing‼️ The new Men’s Hyrox World Champion🥇)
• Fun afternoon as always with IXL Learning Learning! Helping employees with their ergonomics & providing them with some homework to work on posture, etc.
• Cupping utilized to relieve some muscular & fascial tension while increasing blood flow to the region.
• MR4 Cold LASER therapy assisting in decreasing inflammation & edema to a posterior knee injury.
• Normatec Compression Boots helping an athlete recover from a recent race!
• Dr. Luther (aka: the best Hand & Wrist Surgeon you’ll find) giving me the ‘all clear’ from my recent wrist injury. “We’re back!”
