Good morning everyone! 💛

Just a few reminders as we head into the week!

1. Vacation mode starts Friday and I do t come back to work until the 15th. Don’t text me for anything I Will NOT answer. lol

2. Not just this week but every week my laundry gets washed dried picked up and delivered by this wonderful human and I know when I get back from vacation, I won’t even have to worry about my sheets at work at all!!!

They’ll be delivered with a pretty little bow on top lol literally she wraps them up guys and puts a little cute colored purple tie thing on them.

She’s honestly the best and laundry life would be so much more chaotic without her. It was way more chaotic without her. I was stuck in the loop of always doing sheets and could never get my own laundry done.

CALL HER BEFORE SHE GETS SO SLAMMED SHE HAS TO STOP TAKING NEW PEOPLE!!!

Sheets? She’s got you! 

Have kids and they changed their clothes nine times? She’s got you!

Single mom who is working homeschooling doing all of the things and just can’t seem to get it all together????? She’s got you!!!!!

Man! Hard to believe this was 10 YEARS AGO!

I have really loved this journey. 🤍

Ten years a licensed massage therapist and I’ll be celebrating my 5 year anniversary this year at Morrow Arts Center!

I should throw some sort of party for this! 🤔

Maybe Back To Basic Kneads will be surprising everyone with a celebration this summer! 🤞🏽
