June is here! Summer is here! And a new CDHD direct service is here!

In honor of the season, we're highlighting out NatureFit Adventures. This is an accessible outdoor exploration group for people of all ages and abilities in the Moscow/Pullman area.

Adventures run for two hours every Friday at a different outdoor location each week. This can include hiking, walking, gardening, fishing and more! Whatever the activity, it's all about the benefits of being outside, active living and outdoor skill development.

NatureFit Adventures are completely FREE and EVERYONE is welcome! Find out more at idahocdhd.org/hal, including our summer schedule and how to sign up to join us THIS FRIDAY!
