This session is designed to help you build strength, build lean muscle, improve body composition, and create a strong, athletic look.
Our goal is to help you:
✔️ Get stronger
✔️ Build and shape muscle
✔️ Improve muscle tone and definition
✔️ Maintain conditioning and work capacity
✔️ Feel more athletic and capable in everyday life
This is NOT a cardio-heavy phase. Strength training will remain the foundation of what we do. We will simply incorporate enough conditioning to support performance, recovery, and overall fitness while continuing to focus on building muscle and strength.

✨ BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME
Weights and movements are personalized every class.
We do NOT expect beginners to train like advanced lifters.
We all start somewhere, and we build together. 🤍
👶 MOM & ME CLASS @ 9:30AM
We are officially adding a Mom & Me option at 9:30am!
• One child per parent (summer exceptions)
• Spots are LIMITED
• Structured workout for mom while little one stays nearby
This is a great option for mommas who want consistency but need flexibility.

• $125 – 4 Weeks
• New Members $100 (must meet payment deadline)
• Students $100
• New Mommas (newborn–2 yrs) $100
• Senior Citizens (65+) $100
• Open Gym w/ Programming $75 (non-class times only)
• Open Gym Only $50
⏰ PAYMENT DEADLINE: June 11th
Any payment received after June 11th will include a $15 late fee.
