Congratulations to Josie A. who is out August Employee of the Month! Josie is a Dietary Server here at Bel Rae. She has been with us over four years and is an essential part of our culinary team. Her dedication to the residents and community shows every day through her steadfast work ethic and caring demeanor. Josie steps into any role she is asked and accomplishes her tasks with tactful professionalism. She is an exemplary leader and is quick to assist and help train her fellow teammates. On top of executing her tasks as an opening and closing server, she has been assisting the kitchen with baking desserts, organizing groceries and supplies this summer, which is such a tremendous help in our day to day operations. Congratulations to Teresa J. on being named Bel Rae's July Employee of the Month. Teresa has been an extremely special part of the Activities Department since November 2022. Her dedication, compassion, and hard work make an incredible difference every day for all of our residents. She goes above and beyond to ensure our Waltz and Swing residents are engaged, supported, and surrounded by meaningful experiences. Thank you for the positive energy, creativity, goofiness, and genuine kindness you bring to your position.
