Ellie A. has been a Home Health Aide at Bel Rae since June 2025. Since then, she has established herself as hardworking, knowledgeable in her job and dedicated in caring for the residents. What sets her apart is how Ellie goes out of her way to show each resident just how special they are. Congratulations to Carl who is our November Employee of the Month! He has been an employee with Bel Rae since 2021. Not only does he come to work with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Carl is always willing to pick up shifts to ensure our residents get the care they deserve. Our memory cares are where Carl shines the brightest!
