Welcome to our final office introduction and to the physician who started it all!

✨ Meet Dr. Michelle Fox ✨

Dr. Michelle is a Marshall County native who is proud to care for the children and families of the community she calls home.

After graduating as Salutatorian from John Marshall High School, Dr. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, summa cm laude, from West Virginia University. She then completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at the West Virginia University School of Medicine before pursuing her pediatric residency and serving as Pediatric Chief Resident at the University of Kentucky. 🩺 ⭐️

In 2002, Dr. Michelle returned home and founded Glen Dale Medicine and Pediatrics, where she spent 15 years building relationships with local families and caring for generations of children. She continues that commitment today as a board-certified pediatrician with Reynolds Pediatrics.

For more than two decades, Dr. Michelle has been passionate about providing thorough, evidence-based care while partnering with parents to help children thrive. Many of her patients are now bringing their own children to see her, which is a testament to the trust she has built throughout our community.

When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Fox enjoys traveling, cheering on the Mountaineers 💙💛, and spending time with her family and friends.

We are excited to start off the week by introducing our nurse practitioner, Bethany Maury! 🌟🩺💜

Bethany is a 2020 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She completed her nursing preceptorship in Labor & Delivery as well as the Nursery/NICU.

Upon graduation, Bethany worked on the step-down unit at Reynolds Memorial Hospital. An opportunity opened for a registered nurse position in pediatrics, and the rest is history!

Bethany returned to school and graduated in 2023 from Chamberlain University with her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She then returned to Reynolds Pediatrics, continuing the career she loves. Bethany is passionate about preventive care and promoting public health for all children.

In her spare time, Bethany enjoys traveling (especially the beach and Disney!), spending time with her family, and being a mom to her two children.

Fun fact! Bethany has come full circle at Glen Dale Pediatrics/ Reynolds Pediatrics - growing from patient, to nurse, to provider.

We’re excited to introduce Allison Badgley, our certified physician assistant!

Allison graduated from West Liberty University in 2013 with both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education. While awaiting acceptance into physician assistant school, she spent a semester teaching high school biology before returning to West Liberty to pursue her passion for medicine.

During PA school, Allison completed a five-week pediatric rotation with Dr. Michelle and quickly realized that pediatrics was where she belonged. She fell in love with caring for children and families and was fortunate to secure a position before finishing her rotation!

After graduating with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2016, Allison returned to Glen Dale Medicine & Pediatrics, where she has remained ever since. Over the years, the practice transitioned from private practice to Reynolds Memorial Hospital and is now part of WVU Medicine+Reynolds but Allison’s commitment to caring for local families has never changed.

In addition to caring for patients in the office, Allison enjoys staying involved in education. She teaches pediatric lectures within the physician assistant program, enjoys precepting PA students, and also serves the community by working once a month at the Marshall County Health Department.

Outside of work, Allison loves to travel and spend time with family, friends, and her son.

Meet Jenah! 👋🏻
Jenah helps welcome families at the front desk and also works as a medical assistant. She is a 2025 graduate of West Virginia Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Medical Assisting. When she’s not at the office, Jenah loves getting crafty and spending time outdoors. She is also excited to soon be a boy mom x 2, with a new little one arriving in September! We are so happy to have Jenah as part of our team. 🩺💉🩹❤️📞💻

Happy Receptionist Day to one of the friendly faces that keeps our office running smoothly!

Meet Katie👋🏻, who joined our pediatric office in December 2022 after earning her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 2020 and spending two years substitute teaching. She then decided to transition her passion for childhood wellbeing in education to the pediatric medical field!

Katie brings kindness, consistency, and a helping hand to every day in the office. From welcoming families with a smile and keeping things organized to jumping in wherever needed, she always goes above and beyond. Whether she’s decorating for each season, helping keep the day moving, or making sure families feel cared for, she is such a valued part of our team. We are so lucky she found her way to pediatrics! 👧🏼👦🏼💖💙📞💻⌨️

Time for another introduction! Say hi and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Allison C, our medical assistant! 👋🏻 🩺💖

With 16 years of experience in OB/GYN and the last 5 years in pediatrics, she brings so much knowledge and care to our office every day. She helps keep everything running smoothly, makes patients feel comfortable, and always keeps us on track. Whether it’s rooming patients, making sure sports physicals are completed, prior authorizations are approved, supplies are stocked, work tickets are entered, messages are addressed, or refills are sent, Allison is always working her magic. Her passion for our patients and work family is undeniable. We’re so lucky to have her on our team💜🎂

Happy Nurses Week! We are lucky to have the most caring nurses, Danielle and Camron, and hope they feel extra appreciated this week! 💕💉🩹 From rooming patients, administering vaccines, giving hugs, and all of the behind the scenes magic, our nurses are part of the glue that keeps us together!

It’s only fitting that we start our office introductions with these two ladies!🩺🍭

Dr. Michelle has been leading the local community in pediatric care for over 20 years, and we are proud to continue providing compassionate, trusted care close to home for generations of families. 🩺💉💊❤️
