At times, life feels like a carnival ride. You’re a willing participant, but everything is spinning around you. So full of joy one moment and absolutely terrified the next. It can be disorienting!

Even though it looks dizzying, notice how controlled and smooth the rotations and swings are… a reminder to relax, sit back, and observe - physics and GUSS have your back.

🌀Allow the spinning to happen around you without absorbing the motion. Allow others to have their own reactions while you have yours. Take what resonates with you and let the rest fall to another soul that may need what does not resonate with you.🌀

✨Find a quiet moment today to reflect on the universe and how we are all “spinning and working together”, like gears on a bicycle or clock. Be mindful of the placement of the gears so that they touch but do not interfere with the others’ path or purpose.✨

👇👇👇This is what 🌀Reiki🌀 does. The peace that is felt afterward is something that’s hard to describe, but once it’s felt, it’s not forgotten. And it lingers, in the most soothing and rewarding way.

I snapped this selfie yesterday after a Reiki infused chakra clearing session with Bridget, aka The Massage Medium. Relaxed, refreshed, and ready to wholly and completely accept my purpose.

Reiki Masters are human beings with stuff, just like the clients we serve. We apply our experiences as tools to initiate and sustain healing in our clients. While the practitioner also receives healing during sessions, there’s just something beautiful about only receiving.

Bridget is a gifted and kind woman who connected some healing dots for me, gave me some meditation homework, and opened my eyes and heart to a new perspective. Through messages from GUSS and my loved ones on the other side, much of the grief I was carrying has finally been set down. I’m working on walking away from it and toward a future that is abundant in joy and love and bringing healing to all the wounded souls that need my help and are ready to heal themselves.

Stop hiding from or avoiding what has been troubling you. Move forward with patience and don’t force the timing. Take leadership of your direction. Don’t expect everything to be settled yet. Keep practicing and refining. Watch for self-doubt and depleted confidence. And don’t mistake restlessness for readiness.

✨A cycle has ended - take comfort in the turning of the Wheel.✨

This reading is all about cycles and movement, and being the most fulfilled version of yourSelf. The cards moved from the Wheel of Fortune - "cycles", to the 9 of Wands - "the Wounded Warrior", followed by the Hermit - "solitude and soul-searching". The cards closed with the Page of Pentacles - "eager learner, new opportunity" (clarified with the 7 of Swords - "move without deceit") and the Queen of Pentacles - "balance work and home" (clarified with the 9 of Cups - "fulfillment").

Honor the love, the memories, the people, and the experiences that helped shape you. But remember—you can cherish what was without allowing it to keep you from what is becoming.

Something is shifting.

You may be moving toward a new chapter, a new understanding, or simply a new way of relating to yourself and others. And even when you know it’s time to move forward, it can still feel bittersweet.

Speak your truth. Set the boundary. Have the difficult conversation when it needs to happen—but let wisdom, rather than anger, guide your words.
