Northern Regional Hospital is proud to launch the "I GAVE BIRTH" bracelet initiative! New moms will receive these bracelets at discharge to wear until their 6-week postpartum visit.

This simple visual cue helps family members, first responders, and healthcare providers immediately identify a postpartum patient, ensuring postpartum health risks are recognized and treated as quickly as possible. Because caring for mom is just as important as caring for baby.

Students had the opportunity to tour our campus and observe different healthcare careers in action. We then had representatives do some fun, interactive healthcare activities with the students at Pilot Mountain Middle School, where the program is hosted.
