The Flavors of Jamaica Chef's Table took us on a culinary journey, showcasing dishes that celebrated everything from the coast to the hills! π―π²β¨
Our talented dining team served a menu full of authenticity and flavor. To start, we enjoyed the Island Awakening, featuring drunken shrimp topped with a citrus sauce. π Next was the Golden Sunshine, a delicious butternut squash and ginger soup. Our personal favorite was the Tropical Garden, which combined watermelon with feta and was topped with jerk-candied pecans for a delightful sweet-and-spicy contrast. π For the entrΓ©e, we had the Yard Tradition Elevated, which included jerk chicken roulade served alongside sweet potato purΓ©e, charred broccoli, and a sweet pineapple glaze. π To end things on a tropical note, we indulged in coconut rum cake with compote. π₯₯ What a delicious adventure! π΄
