How is everyone doing? Are you taking time in your day for self-care? A great way to help with the stress of quarantine is o blow bubbles. This will remind you to take deep breaths and help with stress reduction, and it is fun.

For the safety of my patients and myself, I have decided that The Acupuncture Center of Mt. Airy will be closed from March 16, 2020, and reopen April 13, 2020

I LOVE taking care of my clients, and due to the cold and flu season as well as the emergence of COVID-19(Corona Virus), I would like to take a moment to remind you of a few simple precautions to help keep us all well. PLEASE: •wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water •cover coughs and sneezes(and then wash your hands!) •avoid touching your face as much as possible •stay home if you are not feeling well. This includes: fever within the last 48 hours, sneezing, coughing, body aches, or GI distress Please help me keep everyone healthy! For more information about COVID-19, please visit the CDC website at cdc.gov
