Progress isn't always obvious day to day—but moments like this remind you it's happening or reminds your where you came from!

It's pretty amazing to look back and see how far you've come-especially on the days you wonder if you're really making progress.
For the past 4 years, we've pushed and motivated each other through this journey. We've kept each other accountable, made better choices together, and showed up even on the days motivation was low. Some days that meant reminders to eat better, and other days it meant dragging each other to the gym.
