Happy Mother’s Day to every mother, bonus mother, grandmother, spiritual mother, and woman who has loved, nurtured, sacrificed, prayed, covered, and carried others with unwavering strength and grace. Today, I honor not only your love and commitment, but also the quiet sacrifices that often go unseen. So many of you continued to show up with love and support even during seasons when you yourselves were not at 100%, quietly carrying broken places inwardly while still making sure your children and families could rise, shine, and flourish. That kind of strength is sacred!! ❤️🙌🏽 Thank you for your courage, your wisdom, your resilience, and your godly example of womanhood and motherhood. May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
You can love God deeply and still need support. Faith is not the absence of struggle, but it is the courage to seek healing in the middle of it. While I strongly believe in prayer, not every battle is meant to be prayed away ALONE! Some breakthroughs come through safe conversations, wise counsel, and doing the inner work. 🙏❤️

Cracked, but not beyond healing.
Not perfect, but still full of purpose.

This is a message to all of us who are grieving the traumatic loss of innocent lives. Your pain, your shock, your anger, and your heartbreak, is acknowledged! While wounds are deep, and the sorrow is heavy, know that you do not carry it alone. I just want to take a moment and remind you that God sees every tear, every injustice, and every life taken too soon. The scriptures assure us that God sits high and looks low, and that he has not forgotten his people. Rest in knowing that God holds justice in his hands. He cares deeply for the vulnerable and will bring righteous justice and gentle vindication on behalf of his people. In this difficult and painful hour, I want to encourage you to lean on your faith. Let it hold you steady. Hold on to the truth, to your compassion, to your hope, and to your love one for another. Please don’t let anger or grief steal your humanity or harden your heart. Let love be louder than fear, and let hope outlive despair. Healing will come. Justice will come. Victory will come. I know this because the Bible says that God is near to the brokenhearted, and I know God is still at work. 🙏🙌🏽❤️

To all those who are furloughed, working, or at home without pay. I can only imagine how frustrating and heavy this must feel, having to work without pay or waiting at home without income. No, it’s not fair, and it’s okay to feel tired, upset, angry, and discouraged, but please know that God sees your effort and your heart. He has not forgotten you, even when it feels like everything is standing still. I’m praying that God’s peace covers you, that his provision shows up in unexpected ways, and that this difficult season soon gives way to restoration and relief. Hold on! Better days are coming! 🙏🙏❤️

It’s OK to acknowledge your feelings/emotions! One must feel and deal in order to heal. All emotions, be it good bad or indifferent, should be acknowledged. Sometimes we as people of faith will not acknowledge an emotion if it is not positive. But how will you conquer what you will not confront? 🤔 Talk therapy! Finding solutions to life challenges
