Mt. Ayr Health Care Center and Maple Ridge Assisted Living Make Our Home, Your Home! A small privately owned nursing home & assisted living in southern Iowa.

Our mission is to strive to provide a homelike atmosphere while giving medical and supportive care to those whom can no longer provide adequate care for themselves. Our goals are to maintain independence and treat each resident on an individual bases guided by their individual needs-physical, social and psychological. This goal can only be accomplished by teamwork as the resident, their family and the staff work together to create a healing environment treating mind, body and soul.

With heartfelt sympathy, we extend our condolences to the family and friends of Dianne Helvie.

We are truly grateful to Dianne’s family for entrusting us with her care during these past few months. It was an honor to get to know her and witness the kindness, warmth, and strength that made her such a wonderful woman. She touched the lives of many of our residents and staff, and she will be deeply missed.

Please keep Dianne’s family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
