To start this year off, I am implementing a small shift in my payment structure. To increase accessibility, I will be phasing out packages and moving to an expanded sliding scale.

Sessions will now be $60-$100. I know many of my regular patients rely on my package of 10 sessions for $580 for convenience and affordability, so this will be the one package that remains.

While I strongly prefer cash or check still, as part of this shift, I will now start accepting cards as a form of payment.

For those who are unfamiliar with how my sliding scale works, I operate on a self-determined basis. Whatever feels comfortable and accessible to you within the range of the $60-$100 scale is comfortable and supportive for me and my practice. And that can change without explanation from one session to the next. Just because you have paid something along the sliding scale does not mean that you can't adjust and pay differently another time. I understand that life is constantly fluctuating, and my goal is to make space for these life fluctuations.

The beauty of the sliding scale is when someone can pay a bit more one day, over the average it covers when someone else is not as able, so together as a community we can all find the support that we need.

🌱 I am so excited to share the garden that I have been installing recently! The plan for this living willow garden is for it to become the new location for our outdoor acupuncture sessions!

I am so incredibly thankful to for all the guidance and expertise that Howard gave us during this process. His knowledge and heart are equally abundant! 💗

I had the most incredible opportunity recently to do a collaboration with !

The healing art of tattooing and acupuncture have a long history together. There is evidence of the collaboration dating back 5,300 years to the mummified “Iceman” found in the Ötztal Alps. The mummy was found with various tattoos located directly on acupuncture points that are known to treat arthritis and digestive issues, both conditions of which evidence was found on the mummy.

During this experience I able to consult on tattoo location, help to calm the nervous system and pain during session, open the corresponding channels for more healing access and set up the body for quick and smooth recovery.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that this session was incredibly healing for all three of us involved! I am eternally thankful for this opportunity and can't wait for further collaborations with Charlie . They blew me away with their entire healing practice of tattooing! 💗
