Michael is a Certified Addiction Counselor and Recovery Peer Specialist with years of experience supporting men through recovery and life’s challenges. Having walked this path himself, he understands what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure of where to turn.

Michael is excited to facilitate a space where men can show up as they are, talk openly about stress, emotions, recovery, and life’s challenges, and know they’ll be met with understanding, support, and zero judgment or shame.

Today we celebrate the the freedom we cherish because of the birth of our nation. One of our greatest freedoms is the freedom to choose.
For many people living with mental illness or addiction, that freedom can feel out of reach.
As we celebrate our country's independence- Let's celebrate every person who's fighting for their own independence!
