This is your reminder: this space is a no judgment zone.
Therapy isn’t about being perfect, having the “right” words, or showing up as your best self. It’s about being real — messy thoughts, complicated feelings, unfinished stories and all.
You don’t have to filter your emotions.
You don’t have to minimize your pain.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.
Growth starts where honesty lives. And healing happens when you feel safe enough to be seen without fear of criticism.
Take a breath. Show up as you are. That’s more than enough. 🤍
