“I’m on my way to the REIGNITE retreat, and I wanted to share something that’s been on my mind.

You know, as caregivers — whether we’re healthcare providers, moms, wives, business owners, or just the person everybody depends on — we’re really good at taking care of everyone else.

But who’s taking care of us?

We wonder why we’re exhausted, why we can’t sleep, why we’re stressed out, why we can’t lose weight… and sometimes we forget just how much chronic stress affects our bodies.

So this weekend, I’m doing something for ME. I’m going to recharge, reconnect, and hopefully reignite a little of my own spark.
