I feel so much joy and gratitude knowing we are closer and closer to these doors being open. I cannot wait for this place to be a sanctuary for relaxation, community and nervous system regulation!! I have some some incredible collaborations coming up as well as talented local vendors that will display their art in our shop. We have been working so hard and Sentir has officially gained its personality. 🤍

Feeling super grateful for this new beginning. The signs are officially up. And this little seed is now looking like it has sprouted . 🌱

I can’t wait to see this room filled, to see people laughing, healing and creating in this space. Don’t forget our opening will be Sep 12th!! The spots for Yoga and sound are full, but we we will be here from noon-2. Come get henna, drink coffee, build your own flower bouquet, create and get to know Sentir and facilitators.

To sentir is to allow ourselves to feel all of it.

The pain.
The love.
The fear.
The tenderness.

Healing begins when we finally have enough safety to feel what we’ve been carrying. That is what Sentir means to me.

This vision is safety and comfort. However that looks through body work or energetic work. We are also creating a space for self-discovery, education, workshops, creativity, connection, and play. Healing of the mind, body, and soul. A place where we can learn about ourselves, explore new ways of healing, gather in community, and learn to receive!! There is room for all of it here.

We are just getting started. 🤍 Keep your eyes out for our fall schedule that’s going to be announced soon. 💫
