My first experience at World Massage Festival (WMF) this year was diverse. There were so many great classes to choose from, and I was able to pull something new from every class I took.

I learned this technique on the last day of classes, and I immediately knew I would bring it back to my somatic clients. I have found myofascial work to be extremely effective and versatile.

Reta/GLP-3 + peptide stack update: going into week 3, I’m feeling really good. I’m sleeping well, I feel like I’m recovering better, and I’m losing inches:
✨ 2” off underbust
✨ 1 1/2” off bust
✨ 2 1/4” off hips
✨ 1/2” off waist

I’m also feeling my muscles fire more while I’m working. Like I can feel my abs engage when I couldn’t before.
