As the seasons change, we’re reminded that we are allowed to change, too. 🍁 Fall invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and reflect on what we may need to release or make room for. Sometimes, growth happens quietly, one small step at a time.

What’s something good that happened today? Big or small, we want to hear it!

Therapy isn’t only about working through the hard stuff. It can also be about recognizing progress, appreciating the good moments, and making space for joy.

Maybe your baby slept through the night. You passed a test. You made it through a tough day. You finally checked something off your to-do list. We want to hear it!

Today is World Mental Health Day. 💛

A reminder that mental health deserves the same care, attention, and compassion as our physical health.

You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to reach out for support. Sometimes, taking care of yourself means talking things through, setting boundaries, asking for help, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down.

There is no shame in needing support. And you don’t have to navigate the hard moments alone.

Your mental health matters today, tomorrow, and every day.

We’re hiring someone to join our team in the Intake Coordinator position. This person should be welcoming and administratively strong. At Lantern Lane Farm, we believe healing happens best in a safe, welcoming environment where people can slow down, breathe, and be cared for.

Sometimes, the same situations seem to keep showing up — in our relationships, our reactions, our choices, or the way we talk to ourselves.

Therapy can create space to step back and notice those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Once we can recognize a pattern, we can begin to understand where it comes from, how it affects us, and whether it’s still serving us.

You don’t have to change everything at once. Sometimes, the first step is simply seeing the pattern.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it’s a step toward resilience. Surrounding yourself with people who are resilient, supportive, and willing to walk alongside you can make all the difference.

Sometimes strength looks like knowing when you don’t have to do it alone.

Why “Lantern Lane”?

We chose the name Lantern Lane as a symbol of guidance and safety, inspired by the lanterns of the Underground Railroad that once helped light the path to freedom.

For us, that idea represents what we hope to offer every person who comes through our doors: a safe place to pause, a place to be seen and heard, and support as you navigate whatever season of life you’re in.
