What If Yoga Could Help You Feel More Peaceful in Everyday Life? ☮️

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally reactive, disconnected from yourself, or simply craving deeper meaning and grounding in your life… this workshop is for you.

Join me, Joy, for our monthly Soul Circle, a space where we explore the heart of yoga beyond the poses through simple, practical teachings from yoga psychology and yoga philosophy.

This is not about memorizing philosophy or trying to be “more spiritual.”
It’s about learning tools that actually help you in real life:

• How to work with anxiety and overthinking
• How to understand your emotional patterns
• How to feel more grounded and connected to yourself
• How to quiet the mental noise and access inner clarity
• How to create more ease, awareness, and peace in daily life

Each Soul Circle includes teaching, reflection, open discussion, and practices you can take into your everyday life immediately.

This is a welcoming space for honest conversation, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful connection with community.

🧘 Kids Yoga at Unity Yoga Room 🧘‍♀️

We’re so excited to offer Kids Yoga for ages 5–12 🤍

This playful and engaging class invites your child to explore yoga postures, breath techniques, and mindfulness through movement, creativity, and fun. It’s a beautiful way for them to build confidence, body awareness, and a sense of calm.

💫 $20 per child
💫 Parents can join and practice with their child for free (as space allows)
💫 If class is full, you’re welcome to relax in our lobby and watch, or drop off and return after class

A space for your children to move, breathe, and just be kids—while learning tools that support them for life.
