She got her sparkle back! Super happy for this wonderful patient in her 60’s who wanted a refresh. She is 6 weeks out from deep plane facelift and neck lift along with fat grafting to contour the jowl and jawline area as well as under eyes and cheeks. Prior to surgery we reversed facial filler with ultrasound guidance. This was done because it was causing edema, had migrated, and would interfere with the fat grafting. A good facelift result never changes YOU. Your facial identity stays the same, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get a dramatically rejuvenated look. People that know you immediately recognize you, but they will know that there’s just something “nice” when they look at you. That is the key to natural results with any type of procedure. Minilift, deep plane, extended deep plane, preservation, endoscopic, SMAS. I am somewhat obsessive about my job, but I think that leads to consistent improvement and quality results. I think you have to be a little bit imbalanced in life to do exceptionally well at anything, including this!

This patient really walked in with some swagger for her postop pictures! I think the young ones call it Rizz 🤌. I love seeing the renewed confidence in my patients when they come in for their follow ups. Timeless elegance (as you may note in my selection lol). She had a preservation extended deep plane facelift with a small customized chin implant to add a subtle amount of chin projection and fill the pre-jowl sulcus without distorting or masculinizing her features. Her jawline is impeccable, her facial finger is unchanged, she looks 10 to 15 years younger. Dramatic rejuvenation, with zero alteration. I am so happy for her!
