Connie Haxby, LCSW, LLC Providing mental health counseling for adults on an individual basis. We tend to take on too many tasks that leave us feeling overwhelmed and underappreciated.

Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT and Havening are the most commonly used treatment modalities for patients wishing to increase confidence and decrease symptoms of mood disorders. Often, everyday stressors become overwhelming and begin to take their toll on otherwise healthy, capable individuals. If you're feeling the effects from either everyday life stressors, or deep rooted emotional imbalances, know that you do not have to suffer alone. Please feel free to contact Connie Haxby, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, for an initial consultation to discuss options that may make life more bearable and to gain a more positive approach and perspective for you.
