Looking for great conversation, new friendships, and a chance to connect with fellow veterans? Join us for Coffee with a Vet, held on the second Monday of every month from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Maple Shade Municipal Building, Senior Room.

Whether you served decades ago or recently transitioned from military service, we'd love to have you join us. Spouses are welcome too! Come enjoy a cup of coffee, share stories, and connect with others who understand the value of service and community.

🇺🇸☕ Join us for our next Coffee with a Vet! ☕

After an incredible kickoff, we’re excited to welcome our featured guest speaker, Brittany Dunn, from the Veterans Multi-Service Center.

Brittany serves in Community Outreach for the Bringing Veterans Home Initiative, a program dedicated to helping veterans. She’ll share valuable information about resources available to veterans, including:

🏠 Housing Assistance
🚗 Lyft Transportation
📱 Cell Phones
🐾 Pet Assistance
🤝 Community Resources and more

Brittany is also a proud United States Coast Guard veteran, having served four years as a Plank Owner, one of the first crew members aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Kathleen Moore in Key West, Florida. Before joining the Veterans Multi-Service Center, she volunteered with the VA’s Peer Mentoring, Camaraderie, and Support Program, helping to combat veteran su***de and support fellow veterans.

🇺🇸☕ What an incredible turnout for our very first Coffee with a Vet!

Thank you to all of the veterans, community members, guest speakers, Evelyn Rosado! and partners who joined us to help make our kickoff event such a success. It was wonderful seeing so many meaningful conversations, new connections, and shared stories.

Coffee with a Vet is more than just coffee, it’s a place where veterans can come together for fellowship, support, resources, and community.
