Remember. Honor. Celebrate.

Memorial Day (originally known as Decoration Day) is a solemn day of remembrance for all American service members who died in service to the country. Honoring the fallen goes beyond a simple "Thank you". It involves saying their names, sharing their stories, visiting memorials, and placing American flags on the graves of the fallen. While Memorial Day is rooted in grief, it is also a day to celebrate the freedoms that the fallen fought to protect.
