Try these 3️⃣ simple stretches a few times a day, to alleviate carpal tunnel pain. 👉️ https://nuvi.me/ljfnvy. If you still have pain and need more help, come to the clinic and get it checked out. Carpal tunnel is an overuse injury, which means without change, it will likely get worse 😬.
