We’re building something new at Teague Park! Longview Parks and Rec is in the early stages of planning an inclusive playground, and we need input from local families and experts. To help us build the best facility possible, we’re looking to connect with organizations that support residents with physical or developmental disabilities. Please share any contact info or group names in the comments so we can send them our planning survey. Help us make sure every kid in Longview has a great place to play.

Have a task that is difficult for your child to complete?

Try breaking the task down into smaller parts and allow your child to complete one part at a time. Remember to provide social praise and reinforcers (things they often ask for that you can typically use as incentive for them to do something) as they make progress in completing the task!
