Happy Fish Friday! 🐟 Our residents had a fantastic time feasting on a classic southern lunch today. The activities department delivered a tomato bacon jam for an appetizer for a starter. Our amazing dietary team served up crispy fried fish, golden crinkle-cut fries, creamy coleslaw, and hush puppies, all finished off with sweet peach cobbler. It was a delicious hit! 🍽️💛
