“Texture” can mean roughness, dullness, fine lines, enlarged-looking pores, unevenness, crepiness, acne scarring, or a combination of several things.

🌵 Rough or dull skin may benefit from hydration and gentle exfoliation.
〰️ Fine lines and crepiness may call for treatments that support collagen and skin renewal

🔍 Enlarged-looking pores and uneven texture may respond better to resurfacing.

Your pillowcase comes into contact with your skin, hair, skincare products, natural oils, sweat, and whatever may be lingering from the day.

Over time, that means residue can build up on the fabric your face rests against night after night. 🛏️😴💤

Changing your pillowcase regularly is a simple way to support good skin hygiene, especially if you are prone to:
✦ Breakouts
✦ Congestion
✦ Oiliness
✦ Sensitive or easily irritated skin

A few good habits:
🫧 Change your pillowcase regularly
🧺 Wash pillow cases with a gentle detergent if your skin is sensitive
🌙 Go to bed with clean skin
💇‍♀️ Keep hair products and heavily styled hair off your face when possible
🩷 Don’t let the same pillowcase stay on your bed for weeks at a time

There isn’t one magic 🪄💫pillowcase schedule ⏰for everyone, but if you have acne-prone or oily skin, changing it every few days can be a reasonable habit. At a minimum, include pillowcases in your regular weekly bedding wash. 🛏️📆

🤍 Disposable cotton rounds provide a fresh surface each time you apply toner 💧, remove makeup 💄, or cleanse around delicate areas 👁️✨.

Using a clean, single-use towel or cotton round can be especially helpful if your skin is:
• Acne-prone 😣
• Easily irritated 🌿
• Healing after certain treatments 🤍
• Sensitive to fragranced laundry products 🌸🚫
• Prone to congestion 🫧

A few simple hygiene habits can make a difference:
