❤️ What an unforgettable celebration of America's 250th Birthday at Addington Place!

We kicked off the festivities with a truly meaningful Quilts of Valor ceremony, honoring four of our incredible resident veterans—Dick, Wade, Allen, and Wendy. It was our privilege to recognize their courage, sacrifice, and service to our country. We are forever grateful for all they have done, and it was an honor to celebrate each of them with a Quilt of Valor.

The celebration continued with a patriotic performance by David Kroll, bringing everyone together through music, laughter, and plenty of sing-alongs. Residents, families, and guests also enjoyed a delicious holiday feast filled with all the favorites, making for a wonderful afternoon of fellowship and celebration.

🌞🍔 A beautiful day, great food, and even better company! Our residents at Addington Place of Mt. Pleasant recently enjoyed a wonderful outing to East Lake Park for lunch. There was plenty of laughter, conversation, and time spent soaking up the fresh air and scenic views.

Getting out into the community and sharing special moments with friends is what makes days like these so memorable. We love creating opportunities for our residents to stay active, connected, and engaged while enjoying all that Mt. Pleasant has to offer!

🎨🧁 Creativity and sweet treats made for the perfect afternoon at Addington Place of Mt. Pleasant! Residents and guests had a wonderful time during our Paint & Pastries event, enjoying a guided painting session while indulging in delicious pastries and great conversation.

There were lots of smiles, laughter, and beautiful masterpieces created along the way! A special thank you to the Art Center of Burlington for leading the guided painting and helping make the event such a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved. 💕
