I'm Kristy, the heart & hands behind The Calm Goose! After walking through breast cancer, God called me to a new purpose.

Through His grace, I found healing & a calling in massage therapy. My prayer is to help others find rest, peace & relaxation.

🪿🎀 MASSAGE FOR A CAUSE 🎀🪿

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this one is especially close to my heart. 💗

As a breast cancer survivor myself, I know firsthand how much this journey can change your life. I also know how important support, encouragement, and having people in your corner can be during such a difficult time.

🪿🎀Team Goosie is Stronger than Cancer 🪿🎀

That’s why this October, The Calm Goose Massage Studio is giving back. 🩷

For the entire month of October, The Calm Goose is teaming up with The Knotty Girl Massage Studio and $10 from every massage at The Calm Goose and The Knotty Girl will be donated to the Go Jen Go Foundation, an organization that provides support to local breast cancer patients and their families.

My hope is that together, we can turn a little self-care into something that makes a real difference. When you book a massage, you’re not only taking time to care for yourself—you’re also helping support someone going through a journey I know all too well.

Thank you for supporting my small business and, more importantly, for helping us give back to a cause that means so much to me.🪿

🎀 Book your October massage and help me make a difference! Relax. Care. Give Back. 💗 www.thecalmgoose.com 🪿🎀

🪧There were many signs on my Faith Journey from California to North Carolina back in 2019. Those signs were confirmation that this was where God was leading me and that He had big plans for me in NC. Thank you Jesus for all the blessings you have blessed me with since then.

🌸Back in February 2025 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I told myself that God was going to use me and my story to touch someone else’s life. I never imagined that it would be literally touching them. 💆🏼‍♀️

🪧Once again God has shown up with many signs that this journey to The Calm Goose Massage Studio was planned by God as well. So many signs along the way. Thank you Jesus once again. Your plans are always better than our own if we just put our faith in You!! Thank you to those of you that have blessed me with signs along this journey.

If you are in need of a place to relax and get pampered then come see me at the nest 🪹 of The Calm Goose 🪿 Massage Studio 💆🏼‍♀️. This is YOUR sign 🪧 😊
