The real issue was never impact. It’s that they were never taught to land. Everyone trains the jump. Hardly anyone trains the down, the landing, the force absorption. And what goes up must come down.
I help women train that missing piece first, learning to catch and control their own bodyweight before we ever add height or speed, so impact stops jarring them and starts feeling controlled.
So they can finally get back to running, jumping, and playing on the trampoline with their kids, without bracing, without that “I did it once and paid for it for three days” feeling, in a body they actually trust.
