🏠🔨 Thinking about home repairs as you get older? A stranger at your door offering a “great deal” on a roof, driveway, or other repair could be a warning sign—not an opportunity.

Predatory contractors often target older homeowners, especially when urgent repairs create pressure to make quick decisions. Knowing the red flags can help protect your home, finances, and peace of mind.

Our latest article shares what to watch for—and why having fewer home-maintenance responsibilities can be one of the benefits of choosing a retirement community. 🌿🏡

Elvis was definitely in the building!!! Thank you to Erin Wilson and the Life Enrichment Department for not only having a great Elvis week, but they ended it with a bang! We had the honor of having an impersonator come and perform a concert and had an Elvis style buffet with all the King's favorite foods. Thank you, Chef Steve! Fun times were definitely had by all!
