The weather couldn't have been more perfect for our Pumpkin Patch today at Franke at Seaside! Our residents enjoyed the beautiful sunshine, picking out their favorite pumpkins, and spending time together.

Sometimes it's the simple moments that create the sweetest memories. What a wonderful way to celebrate the fall season!

What a beautiful day for a little fall adventure! 🍁 The weather was absolutely perfect as our residents enjoyed a special visit from Crosswind Farms Mobile Petting Zoo!

From cuddly rabbits and friendly llamas to adorable ponies and even a kangaroo, our residents enjoyed getting up close with these wonderful animals! The smiles, laughter, and excitement made the day even more special. ❤️

At Franke at Seaside, we believe meaningful experiences come in all shapes and sizes—even with four legs and a little fur! 🐾

A special thank-you to Crosswind Farms for bringing a little farmyard magic to our residents and making this beautiful fall day one to remember!

🏅 Three Communities. One Great Day. One Amazing Celebration! 💙🏆

What better way to wrap up Active Aging Week than with a little friendly competition, plenty of laughter, and a whole lot of community spirit! 🎉

Today, Franke at Seaside, Bishop Gadsden, and Village at Summerville came together for the 2026 Lowcountry Senior Games! 💙

From the excitement of our Opening Ceremony to the friendly competition of bocce, co****le, croquet, putting, speed walking, and water walking, our residents showed us that age is just a number when it comes to having fun, staying active, and enjoying life!

And what a way to end the day—with our Awards Ceremony, celebrating not only the winners but EVERY participant who showed up, gave it their best, and made this day unforgettable! 🥇🥈🥉

At Franke at Seaside, we believe active aging is about more than physical fitness. It's about friendship, connection, purpose, teamwork, and creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.

Today was a beautiful reminder that while we may represent three different senior living communities, we share one common goal: helping older adults continue to thrive, stay engaged, and live life to the fullest! ❤️

Active Aging Week continued today at Franke at Seaside with an Oktoberfest celebration—and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect fall weather!

Our residents enjoyed pretzels, b**r, great company, and live music, and some even came dressed to impress in their Oktoberfest best! The live band was the crowning touch, bringing everyone together for an afternoon filled with music, smiles, and plenty of fun.

Active aging isn’t just about staying physically active—it’s about staying social, making connections, enjoying new experiences, and continuing to celebrate life at every age. Today was a perfect example of just that.

At Franke, we believe there’s always a reason to get out, get involved, and enjoy the moment. Cheers to aging actively and living fully!

Celebrating Active Aging at Franke at Seaside!

We’re kicking off Active Aging Week by celebrating the many ways our residents stay engaged, connected, and involved in our community!

Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a fun-filled game of Bingo with the Girl Scouts! There were plenty of smiles, laughter, friendly competition, and—most importantly—meaningful connections across generations.

At Franke at Seaside, active aging is about so much more than staying physically active. It’s about creating opportunities for friendship, purpose, laughter, new experiences, and simply enjoying life together.
