We're proud to recognize Karol Boyce as the May Employee of the Month for Marla's team 👏

Each month, our Care Coordinators recognize employees who go above and beyond in their role. Employees may be selected directly by their Care Coordinator or nominated by a Lead Staff, coworker, consumer, or family member who has witnessed their outstanding work and dedication.

Karol is dependable and caring. She shows up for her consumer every day and cares about her wellbeing, goals, and progress. She always participates in meetings, speaks up to advocate for her consumer, and works hard to help her reach her goals. Karol’s kindness, consistency, and positive attitude does not go unnoticed. Kylah is a kind, honest, and outgoing Direct Support Professional (DSP) who connects deeply with her consumers. Our last, but certainly not least, April Employee of the Month is Courtney Groat 🤩

Courtney demonstrates what it means to provide compassionate, quality care. She has a big heart and always goes above and beyond to ensure her consumers have everything they need while receiving the proper care they deserve.

She handles feedback with professionalism and understanding, and she takes initiative to improve and fix anything that is brought to her attention. Courtney’s willingness to grow and adapt makes her an invaluable member of the team.
Her consumers absolutely adore her and were so excited when they heard she won Employee of the Month. They describe her as fun, a great cook (meatloaf), and someone they are truly proud of, and said "you go girl!"

Our next CHS Employee of the Month for April is Todd Marsh 👏

Todd was nominated by his Lead Staff, and it’s easy to see why! He’s been with his consumer for over 3 years and has built a really strong, trusting relationship. He’s patient, caring, and always fully present.

Todd consistently steps outside of his comfort zone and takes on extra to help however he can, not just for his consumer, but for the whole team. He’s dependable, supportive, and truly goes the extra mile every day. We’re lucky to have him, thank you, Todd ⭐️
