Cypress Basin Hospice

Cypress Basin Hospice Hospice Care for Northeast Texas For over 35 years, we have been the area's premier not-for-profit, community owned agency.

Cypress Basin Hospice provides family-centered, quality end-of-life care that emphasizes compassion, dignity, independence and respect. We are committed to caring for individuals touched by life limiting illnesses, grief and loss. Our hope for our patients and families is that as we apply our training, experiences and compassion, we are able to relieve their physical, emotional and spiritual pain.

Our patients and families have the assurance that they are being served by one of the oldest and most respected hospice programs in Northeast Texas.

What does it mean to be community-owned and not-for-profit?

At Cypress Basin Hospice, it means our focus is on serving Northeast Texas patients and families with dignity, comfort, and compassionate support through every stage of end-of-life care. We are here for our neighbors, offering family-centered hospice care, grief support, and guidance when it is needed most.

Community generosity helps strengthen our mission, allowing us to continue providing meaningful care and support close to home.

You can help us make a difference—support our mission, volunteer your time, or share Cypress Basin Hospice with someone in our community who may need compassionate care.
