Our 41-bed facility is in a serene wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. With different levels of care, ranging from residential rehab to outpatient care, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment tailored to the needs of patients struggling with addiction. O

ur experienced team will provide a specialized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one. Sea Grove Recovery is proud to be a member of Foundations Recovery Network. Physicians are on the medical staff of Sea Grove Recovery, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Sea Grove Recovery. We turned up the celebration for all the fathers in our community this Father's Day! Because choosing recovery IS fatherhood in action. It takes strength, love and an unshakeable commitment to show up, and every single one of our clients is doing exactly that.

Today was dedicated to celebrating that and here we are full of joy, connection and a whole lot of heart. We're proud of every dad on this journey with us.

We were proud to be part of such a meaningful community event with Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital at the Strike Out the Stigma night with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. ⚾️💙

Events like these are a powerful reminder of the importance of breaking down barriers around mental health and substance use treatment. It was an incredible evening connecting with the community, raising awareness and supporting the message that recovery is possible and help is always available.
