We've grown and we've had our experiences, some that may have skewed our perceptions of who we are. But that pure being still resides within...at the core of who we are.

Right after I took this photo, I zoomed in on the lacecap part of the hydrangea and stood in awe of all the little micro flowers I was now able to see in what had always just looked like this jumbly mass with my regular vision.

The TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH experience can be a lot like this zooming in within, and then discovering the intricate micro-beauty that's been there all along.
